Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags, warranty cards, and protective films intact to ensure a successful return.

Our courier partner will contact you within 48 hours to collect the package from your doorstep at a time convenient for you.

Once our quality team inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit within 7 to 10 business days.
